Tasks

• Assist in digital communications and social media
• Research and analysing data
• Promotional activities
• Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
• Support with the organisation of events and company exhibitions
• On-going management of photo and video library.

Requirements

Requirements

• You are currently a student or have just graduated

Working toward a college degree, preferably in a related field

(e.g., Sustainability, English, Marketing/Communications, or Public

Relations)

• An effective communicator in English, both written and oral.
• You feel comfortable with online presentations
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner with colleagues and community contacts
• The ideal candidates had previous internship(s) or related experience in marketing or communications
• Required Knowledge of the creative process from the initial brief to the final delivery.
• Ability to write accurate, and communicate across all mediums with excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of web content management systems and email software.
• Ability to assess data analytically and accurately integrate them into future marketing activity.
• Computer proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Design and Photo editing.
• Competencies Ability to confidently administer multiple projects with good prioritisation skills working to deadlines.
• A collaborative creative thinker that can work as part of a team.
• Shall be a team player with an ability to work with less supervision
• If you speak French and German fluently, it is a big plus
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
