We are a growing tax resolution company with 8 locations with 150 agents. We utilize the Ringcentral platform exclusively (office and contact center). In search of a phone systems coordinator with the ability to utilize Ring central in order to direct, field and manage calls within our company.

Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly professional manner
- Field calls from employees, managers and direct them to the proper channel
- General build and design of flows and extensions
- Real time dashboard monitoring
- Real time troubleshooting
- Train new users
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Two + years as a telecommunications operator
- Ringcentral experience is a MUST
- Strong prioritization skills
Preferred:
- Bilingual
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
