AA Networks
Founded in 1996 and located in Burlingame, California, AA Networks provides IT and telecom services to commercial and non-profit clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Our company is seeking a qualified candidate with a passion for technology to fill our full-time and part-time Computer & Telecom Field Technician positions.
Responsibilities
- Set up, install, support and troubleshoot IT network, computer hardware and software, printers, anti-virus programs, routers and switches, as well as additional network maintenance.
- Design, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of low voltage cable systems, optical fiber and coax.
- Support and troubleshoot client site PBX phone systems and DVR server based security camera systems. Will provide training for these skills.
- Install racks, patch panels, wire managers and network electronics.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years computer/telecom work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Knowledge of installation, upgrading, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining computers, hardware and software, peripherals and other external devices.
- Works independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional and courteous customer service skills.
- Provide your own vehicle with a good driving record.
- Bilingual is highly preferred, Chinese or Spanish
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 – $38.00 per hour
