Job Description

• Provide interaction and escort for customers visiting installations to meet security requirements.
• Perform full inventory of First Responder Land Mobile Radio (LMR) assets on a quarterly basis, Inventories shall include the following:
• Serial Number
• Logical Identification Number (LID)
• Primary Location/Installed Vehicle
• Personnel Assets is Assigned to
• Collect malfunctioning/damaged LMR assets for depot repair and coordinate delivery of collected assets to Government personnel located on NDW.
• Perform this scope of work by utilizing government provided office space, furniture, telephones, and computers.
• Perform this scope of work by utilizing government provided office space, furniture, telephones, and computers. Gridiron will cover expenses for non-government laptops based upon assigned scope of work. Government information will remain solely on the Government’s laptop. Employees will take their direction and work assignments from Verizon on-site PM providing oversight. Tasks will be Government directed within the work scope defined herein to the Verizon PM on-site. Any requests made by the Government outside of the scope must flow through Verizon PM on-site.

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Help desk: 2 years (Preferred)
• Windows: 2 years (Preferred)
• Telecommunication: 2 years (Preferred)
• Computer hardware: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CompTIA Security+ (Preferred)

Security clearance:

• Secret (Required)
