Rullex
Description
Oversees construction sites, subcontractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety. Must maintain and enforce the Rullex safety program, ensure daily job site safety plans are reviewed and followed, and stop work when unsafe work practices or conditions exist
Conducts safety inspection during site visits and submit reports to the direct manager, Safety Manager, PM, and COO
Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.
Ensures that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the site package documents (Construction Drawings, RFDS, Mount Analysis, Structural Analysis, rigging plan, green sheet, NTP, building/electrical permit. Bill of Materials/Materials list).
Make sure that all sites are completed following the approved paperwork (CD’s, RFDS, Mount Analyze/Structural, Green Sheet
Provides technical support to Project Managers and field crews
Provides troubleshooting support including but not limited to:
Five troubleshoots per year (tower climbing included) are included in the agreed salary in the job offer.
No limitation with tower climbing excluded Delivering missing materials including but not limited to:
Five full pick-up sites per year with all the needed resources for absolutely safe performance are included in the agreed salary in the job offer.
No limitation for some missing equipment
Coordinates and monitors schedule updates.
Assists in managing and reviewing the progress of contractors’ construction schedules.
Reports the status of projects to the direct manager and project management.
Attend deployment and other customer meetings as subject matter expert for Rullex
Develop customer relationships that may result in influencing customers to award service work to Rullex.
Develop partnership subcontractors/vendors relationships.
Requirements
- Plan the operations and targets according to the goals and quotas set by the senior executive.
- Give proposals to improve organizing company operations and submit them to the executives for approval.
- Check the schedule (Site walks, Material delivery, Crews Schedule)
- Crews Briefing regarding construction issues
- Maintaining Rullex/Client equipment balance
- Troubleshooting technical support
- COP Quality review/approval
- Consult Project Management for a specific SOW lead time

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
