Seeking an experienced Wireless Construction Manager for projects located throughout the state of Oregon and Southwest Washington. Responsibilities include management and oversight of day-today activities for each assigned project, managing your own schedule and time independently. Specific duties generally involve all construction-related site development tasks from the early planning stages of a project all the way to project completion, punch-list, and owner-commissioning. Specific duties/expectations outlined below.
Coordinate vendor teams and interact with internal customers in RF Engineering, Site Acquisition, Permitting, Project Management, and client management organizations. Regularly work with general contractors, RF engineers, operations techs, structural and electrical engineers, architects, and site owners/landlords. Interact with utility companies and fiber providers for power and backhaul designs. Interpret and explain zoning drawings, construction drawings, structural reports, soil reports, RFDS’s, scopes of work, bill of material, and technical information to others. Visit job sites regularly while sites are under construction. Report work progress and budget issues while ensuring that the project is both on time and within budget. Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems 24×7 via phone, email, or in person while ensuring that each project is moving forward smoothly. Own and manage each construction assignment from inception through customer acceptance. Make sound decisions while looking out for the best interest of the company, client, landlords, and all other parties involved.
