KMM is looking for a Project Administrator/Telecommunications Closeout Specialist who will be responsible for producing error-free, high quality closeout packages on time and with a 100% first time through acceptance rate to minimize turnaround time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Creating closeout packages.
- Knowledge and interaction with client systems
- Tracks, maintains, and follows up on all documentation closeout related.
- Communicates daily with Foremen, Superintendents, CMs and Projects managers. Communicates with clients and holds good rapport.
- Meets deadlines while turning in quality work.
- Detail oriented.
- Communicates pertinent information and instruction to the team on the data needed to complete the closeout.
- Updates the team on any changes made to the closeout requirements from our clients. Continuously verifies that all requirements are followed to ensure quality product.
- Ensures the work done on site correctly translates with deliverables given.
- Build Job Binders for crews
- All other duties as required.

- Office/Clerical skills
- Very strong organizational skills.
- Detail oriented with attention to technicalities
- Excellent communication both verbal and written.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to meet deadlines.

Job Competency / Qualifications
Education/ Training:
- High School graduate or equivalent, required. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Construction Management a plus.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate very effectively through email
- Willing and able to work in an office setting
Experience:
- 5 Years of progressive knowledge in wireless construction or civil engineering
- Knowledge of Construction Deliverables i.e. RFDS, CDs, Tape Drops
- Previous Telecom infrastructure experience working with AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon US Cell, Nokia or other Cellular or Telecommunication service providers is required
