JOB DESCRIPTION
Join our team of construction professionals! We are a growing commercial General Contractor/Construction Management company, looking for a qualified, energetic Project Engineer to assist in the management of $1M+ projects throughout southeast Michigan. This is a full time position offering a competitive employee benefits package including medical, dental and 401K.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review all shop drawings and submittals and submit to architect for approval
- Document project delays or long lead items
- Issue updated submittal schedule log and RFI log weekly to superintendent for job meetings
- Work with superintendent to prepare two week rolling schedule to be presented weekly at job site meetings
- Review all bulletin quote proposals for accuracy and fairness
- Prepare and maintain Project Close out documents
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Commercial Construction industry experience
Bachelor’s degree
Microsoft Office
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering
2 years Project Engineer, Commercial Construction Estimating or Construction Management experience
30 Hour OSHA
Microsoft Project, Primavera

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
