Summary:
- CEI’s Fortune 50 Client in Media and Telecommunications is adding a Construction Specialist to their Networking team!
- This role is more of a field support position, keeping an eye on projects and performing administrative tasks such as budget tracking and coordinating.
Job at a glance:
- Long term contract with potential for extension and/or permanent placement
- $32-$35/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
- Position is 90% in the field with a hybrid work schedule
Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction: placing hardline cables, frame and strand poles, transfer facilities between poles, place cable in joint trench, and safe operation of construction vehicles and cable trailers.
- Investigate and monitor accurate record keeping concerning project start, milestone dates, production logs, material costs, and labor expenditures.
- Conduct work site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and participates in regular safety meetings with the crews
- Responsible for ensuring all work performed on the project meets or exceeds Local, State or Federal standards and regulations.

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
