Job Summary
We are looking for someone who demonstrates perseverance and possesses strong team working and interpersonal skills. You will work in a dynamic environment that includes understanding and maintaining Ericsson’s sophisticated and evolving CI solution; performing work to improve the solution and operational duties to support the solution. As well, you will be encouraged to continually evaluate and suggest improvements to our processes and ways of working.
We expect you to understand Product Development and the Product Life Cycle. Are you flexible enough to adapt and respond quickly to change while delivering results to meet our customers’ expectations? You will plan and drive your own work, as well as work within a team to reach common goals.
You will join our CI Team to help define, refine and support a powerful CI platform that is being used by Ericsson to integrate, verify and deploy its 4G/5G RAN solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform trouble shooting and internal customer support
- Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
- Develop competence within the technical domain
- Drive critical issues to timely resolution
Key Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Product development knowledge
- Knowledge in Linux and scripting experience (ex: bash/perl/groovy)
- Creative, passionate about innovating and openness to exploring new insights
- Willingness to give support and share experiences with colleagues
- Working with people and networking
- Adapting and responding to change
- Planning and Organizing
Additional Assets:
- Telecommunications knowledge including test equipment configurations
- Git/Gerrit/Jenkins knowledge
