Job Title: Corporate Network Manager

SUMMARY:

The primary responsibilities of the Corporate Network Manager are to manage the complex data network and CAD network of multiple North American offices of Hutchinson Sealing Systems, Hutchinson FTS, and Paulstra CRC. Exhibits strong leadership capabilities and is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Windows, CAD, and wireless networks. Maintain efficiency and connectivity of the network(s) utilizing in house tools. Protect the network(s) from security and malicious attacks from intruders. Analyze and resolve problems associated with hardware, workstations, and applications and ensure the compliancy of the customer. Additionally this position will plan and prepare for company needs with respect to networks, hardware, and software as well as propose solutions for improvement in aforementioned areas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Software maintenance and licensing
  • Email administration

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university; three to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Microsoft Networking, Firewall, or Security Certification a plus.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages subordinates in department. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complains and resolving problems.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet applications. Must be familiar with internet research, Microsoft Office software, and the use of e-mail.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
