Creative Project Manager (Hybrid)

Cella has partnered with a large telecommunications company in search of a Creative Project Manager to join their team for a 1+ year contract.

In this role, you’ll support the Chief of Staff for Global Design and work closely with Design Leadership to define, implement, and evolve critical approaches to their people, projects and processes.

By supporting all aspects of the design teams, you will enable designers to focus their time on designing, building and shipping products.This talent must be local to the NJ or NY area an able to commute onsite once a month.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known brand while working 99% remote.

Responsibilities: Define and support strategic initiatives that improve the Chief of Staff team efficiency and impact.Lead cohort teams in establishing new practicesDefine processes for knowledge-sharing and socialization of best practicesDevelop project plans to drive progress against goals and objectives, establishing clear next steps and owners, and resolving blocks that impede progress.Proactively assess risk, and resolve issues before they become problems for the larger teams.Measure impact of programs and initiatives both qualitatively and quantitatively.Establish and execute activities that build team culture and community, team values and trust, and help individuals tie their work back to the client’s mission.

Qualifications:
Bachelors’ degree or four or more years of relevant equivalent work experienceExperience working with large-scale design, agency or product organizationsExperience collaborating with designers and design leadersOutstanding presentation design and Powerpoint/Google Slides skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEvent planning experienceExperience with Google Suite and SlackEven better if you have one or more of the following: Familiarity with industry trends and the design and ops thought leadership communityImpeccable interpersonal and presentation skillsProven track record effectively managing stakeholdersAbility to identify and manage dependencies, milestones and critical pathContact from a Cella, Inc employee will always come from the domain @cellainc.com and will always provide a phone number where you can contact us.
