An International Telecommunication company is seeking a Customer Sales Support and Billing associate for their New York office headquarters.
The Customer Sales Support and Billing associate is responsible for supporting Account Executives with customer interface. You will also be responsible for administrative duties related to sales.
Responsibilities:
- Create monthly client invoices, and making adjustments as needed
- Responsible for sending out and receiving all client documentation for new account activation/ termination
- Manage invoice payments and documenting them properly into the system
- Process payment of vendors
- Coordinate with other department to improve sales
- Maintain records in Salesforce
Qualifications:
- Previous Administrative assistant experience
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
—————————————————————————————————————————While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to type for extended periods throughout the day and intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk, and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision, as well as, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
