The Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor every day is different. You will be the first line of support for the thousands of businesses that depend on our services and will always look to go above and beyond, while being able to identify any way that XLN can help the business move forwards with additional products or services.

• Handling inbound calls to maintain & add value to our current client base
• Promoting the full range of products & services available on every call
• Delivering world class service –
• Taking ownership & responsibility for enquiries and resolving any issues
• Nothing is too much trouble – Customer are at the heart of everything we do

• Competitive salary with achievable bonus (£500 per month!) This is uncapped so there is potential to earn much more!
