Role Summary
The Customer Service Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the team to optimize the experience of our customers. In this role, the Customer Service Operations manager is responsible for developing talent and ensuring the team achieves key performance metrics and responsibilities. With a rapidly growing business and customer base, structured processes, training and continuous improvement will be key to scaling for growth. This individual must be a self-motivated leader and will work closely with other members of the planning, sales and marketing teams.
The Day-to-Day
- Establish necessary processes and reporting to achieve Customer Service goals and metrics.
- Coordinates alignment relative to regional counterparts on best practices and initiatives
- Develop necessary talent within the team to deliver results:
- An understanding of Semiconductor manufacturing
- Familiarity with Automotive and Telecommunication Industries
- Customer supply chain models
- Collaboration with logistics, planning and procurement teams
- Order Entry and Change management oversight
- Customer facing skillset
- Drive accountability towards Customer Service priories to achieve proper resourcing
- Drive operational excellence to support higher levels of Customer satisfaction and share gain, through collaboration with Sales, Business Units, Sales Ops and other key stakeholders and scale through process innovation and automation
- Develop and implement strategies and processes for building strong business relationships with customers supply chain community
- Communicate supply commitments and manage escalations by partnering with Business Units and Sales
- Adherence to applicable Terms and Conditions
- Partner with Sales and Business Unit on priority tradeoffs and allocation
- Partner with Business Planning to ensure alignment on supply plans
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements) :
- BS Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or other equivalent field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with strong personal work ethic
- Extensive experience in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
