HTX Strategies is seeking Customer Service + Sales Representatives who are able to respond to inquiries to clients, provide superb customer service and provide additional assistance. Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Ability to navigate through applications including salesforce and other softwares
  • Ability to work and respond to customer issues/complaints
  • Provide assistance to new customers
  • Up-sell to existing eligible customers
  • Selling to existing and new customers
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely fashion
  • Track customer calls and client meetings for reporting purposes
  • Memorizing training script and maintain client product knowledge
  • Be open to receptive feedback and must be willing to change and improve behavior
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience
  • Adhere to compliance regulations

Job Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred not required.
  • Must be extremely willing to learn to manage a team.
  • Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
  • At least one year demonstrating superb call center or retail customer service experience.
  • Must be a very positive individual.
  • Excellent teamwork skills- must be willing to work in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $800.00 – $1,500.00 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Houston, TX 77042: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
