Title: Customer Service-Telecommunications

Location: Onsite 95 Union St. Glace Bay

What will you do in this role?

As a Customer Service Advisor on our Telecommunications line of business you will be required to do the following but not limited to:

Assist Customers with:

  • Resolve technical issues
  • Resolve billing enquiries
  • Providing offers (targeted) for Wireless/Cable/Internet Services
  • Changing Plans
  • Follow client policy/process/procedures
  • Ensure First Call Resolution
  • Customer Satisfaction


Who You Are:

As a Customer Service Advisor your empathy, integrity, knowledge and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have/required:

  • Minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience
  • This Position is a train onsite with the option to work from home after training
  • Completion of High School or equivalent
  • Available to work FT Sun-Sat 8am-1am
  • Background clearance
  • Complete/pass a language assessment (English), typing test, PC navigation
  • Work well in a Team environment
  • Available to complete 8 weeks of training.
