Role- Customer Support Associates
Location- Irving, TX- (Remote)
- Knowledge of OMNI 2.0 – any channel(not a must)
Omni 2.0: The transformation at Verizon Wireless also includes integrated systems to provide a unified customer experience via mobile, online and tele sales. In the future, a shared cart will let representatives in a store pick up the conversation with a customer after they’ve shopped online, making the interaction easier and more streamlined. Additionally, the company also now offers in-store pickup at most retail locations, allowing customers to order online and pick their purchase up at a nearby store.
- General knowledge of Ipad’s and Chrome Web Brow
What they will be doing…
- Tactical Triage
- Channel Relations (Systems) for Residential Team (D2D)
- Prioritize defects and system gaps
- Analyzes Ticket and Defect Trends
- Operations support of various notifications, reporting and ticketing system
- working to gain knowledge of the applications and provide ongoing support of the system
- preparing task plans and following change management process
You’ll need to have:
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of work experience.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to work additional shifts, if necessary, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Associate degree.
- Customer service and/or retail sales experience.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
