Due to our constant growth, we are looking for new colleagues to join our team in

Germany, Bavaria region, for the position:

Tasks

• Construction management in civil engineering and telco engineering focused on

the building of new sites and infrastructure for mobile operators, foundation,

and Tower build-up

• Coordination of project teams for telco network construction projects
• Coordination of the work of the project bureau and the construction department

within the company

• Supervision the quality of works in accordance with client’s requiremens
• Ensure timely availability of all necessary permits from authorities
• Participation and control in the project budget planning and project cost

control

• Ensure accordance of project implementation with approved business plan
• Drawing up a work plan and coordination and planning of resources in the

project implementation phase

• Planning and scheduling project deadlines
• Compliance with all regulations and instructions in the field of occupational

HSE

• Regular weekly and monthly reporting on project status

Requirements

• Experience in managing telco and/or civil engineering projects
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in telco

industry or civil engineering

• Experience in managing of telco and/or civil engineering projects
• Advanced knowledge of German (spoken and written)
• A solid knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Driver’s license B category
• Teamwork, leadership skills, cost awareness and economic thinking
