Reporting to the Mgr. Central Regional Service Desk, the Delivery Manager is primarily responsible for creating KPI’s and dashboards as well as maintaining tight synchronization with the regional Project Manager-PSO and delivery teams.
What you will be doing:
- Work with Report Analysts & Report Specialists in the collection of data to produce productivity dashboards.
- Work to evaluate and understand current processes and create efficiencies such as, intake processes, streamlined business processes and practices etc.
- Collaborate frequently with regional teams and ensure we are understanding the business deliverables (Planning, engineering, demand management, procurement, supply chain & vendors).
- Come up with data driven recommendations to create efficiencies and consistency in practices between regions
- Provides thought leadership in the development of new ideas, processes, and remediation of issues
- Provides strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor.
- Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
- Recommends business priorities, advises on resource requirements, and develops roadmap for strategic execution.
- Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
- Develops a deep understanding of organizational complexity to build strong rapport with internal stakeholders for the construction and delivery of the solution.
What you will bring:
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge and experience with Power BI, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Extremely adept with data and analyzing multiple data sets
- Experience successfully influencing people and cross functional teams
- PM Certification would be an asset
- Have a proficiency with one or more process methodologies (6 Sigma, Kaizen or ITIL)
- Experience in managing multiple simultaneous initiatives.
- Post secondary education, preferably in a Telecommunication, Computer Science, or project management related discipline.
- High level of energy and strong passion to lead team members to successful completion of projects and to ensure the delivery of a positive customer experience.
- Great attention to detail.
- Creativity, flexibility, and an ability to manage time and reset priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Superior skill set including analytical thinking and problem solving, coaching and leadership, presentation and facilitation, negotiation and relationship building and proficient probing, listening, and positioning skills.
