About Your Opportunity:
A key member of the Systems Engineering Leadership Team, this role supports various aspects of large UK Defence Programmes. You would be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary technical team in order to deliver Platform Management System projects to cost and schedule. This includes the design and development of hardware, hardware production and delivery of the safety case.
Your technical expertise will enable development and growth of Systems Engineering within NGUK and experience the full SE lifecycle from concept through to in service, supporting some of the UKs most important Naval assets.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the implementation of SE process on programmes
- Support the preparation of contract changes and proposals
- Provide a senior technical interface with the customer and steering groups
- Task multiple engineering disciplines leads within the project
- Ensure delivery in accordance with company standards of conduct
Your Experience:
- Extensive experience with substantial Systems Engineering models and techniques knowledge
- Relevant experience within defence, maritime, aerospace or similar industries
- Degree qualified in relevant engineering subject
- Strong aptitude for team leadership and excellent communication skills
- INCOSE Associate/Certified Systems Engineering Professional Certification
