Desktop Support Analyst
Working onsite at our clients base in Crawley, the Desktop Support Analyst will work alongside a small team to ensure the users are fully supported. The role focuses heavily on desk side support and requires strong communication skills to liaise with users as well as the occasional project work.
Role responsibilities:
Part of the onsite support team alongside a junior support engineer and IT Manager
Supporting approx. 250 users
Remote support of 5 other sites (clean driving license required for small number of visits)
Proven strong 2 nd line and deskside support skills
Experience in supporting a corporate environment
Friendly and approachable manor
Able to communicate with all levels of the business and user base
Customer focused with a “nothing is too much trouble” attitude
Passion for delivering excellent customer service
Flexible and proactive
Versatile
Supporting a mix of office and field-based staff
Purchasing of equipment
Experience in supporting, setting up or configuring:
Windows 10
Mobile devices
MDM
Active directory administration
Laptop and PC imaging
Laptop and PC support
MS365 Admin and support
Telecoms
VC suits
SCCM or other software centres
Antivirus endpoint and console
Backup
Follow me print solutions
Proven trouble shooting skills
Additional knowledge beneficial but not essential:
Altiris
Apple devices (iPhone/iPad)
Microsoft Office 2016/2019 and Microsoft SharePoint 2013
