International Union for Conservation of Nature
IUCN’s vision is a just world that values and conserves nature. To achieve this, the Union brings together over 1,400 Member organisations, around 15,000 expert Commission members and a Secretariat of about 1,000 staff.
The Digital Community Manager is responsible for helping to harness the power of the Union by developing and curating a new online digital zone that engages with and builds an online community of IUCN Members, members of IUCN expert Commissions, and IUCN staff. The areas to be covered by the Digital Community Manager are:
– Digital Community Zone (Content)
– Digital Member Zone (Functionality)
– Digital Strategy
– Content Development
– Work closely with Global Communications and Membership Teams on Strategy and Content
