YOUR ROLE

Aldo Product Services (APS) is the wholesale division of the Aldo Group and is responsible for all Sales of Aldo brand outside of our owned & operated channels in North America, as well as our growing portfolio of Licensed Brands Globally. The Digital Coordinator will support and execute products set-up, reporting, inventory management and marketing activations to drive revenue on Amazon. The position calls for a passionate and creative thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsabilities:

• Set-up of new products: publish products in Amazon’s portal (import products, update our internal Master list with product/sales/inventory data);
• Gather content and assets for product detail pages from Brand team, ensuring that detail pages are complete (bullets, description, images, etc);
• Proceed to quarterly update of A+ pages & Brand Store;
• Produce sales and inventory reports on a weekly basis;
• Improve customer experience and brand visibility by participating in Amazon programs and tracking results to leverage learnings (Aloha, Vine, Amazon Post, Amazon Customer Engagement, advertising campaigns);
• Manage inventory, product availability and operational excellence by placing repeat orders and daily orders tracking in collaboration with the Supply Chain teams

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Works well cross-functionally, both with internal and external stakeholders;
• Ability to work effectively in a highly dynamic environment, under tight deadlines;
• Bilingual French/English with excellent verbal & written English communication skills;
• Background in fashion and wholesale industry strongly preferred
