Overview of the Position Responsibilities
: Our Director of Field Operations Standards and Reporting will be responsible for standardizing processes and procedures of the entire Field Operations organization and the efficiency and effectiveness reporting to enable Bluepeak to over-achieve our clearly defined goals. Will work effectively with the Vice President of Field Operations as a direct report along with the Operation Directors to develop and implement standardized and scalable processes as well as daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting capabilities to provide all levels the ability to clearly identify effectiveness of our internal and external work force. Provide effective Operations leadership through process development, training, communication and implementation of Installation, Maintenance and Construction process and policy modifications as needed. Develop and maintain positive relationships with a wide variety of leaders within the organization. Assist in implementing tactics and strategies to effectively meet company goals; positively motivate and evaluate Installation, Maintenance and Construction personnel. Prepare and execute on CAPEX projects and report accordingly regarding variances for risk assessment and action planning. If this sounds exciting, please read on.

What You Will Do:
  • Document current state processes and procedures to ensure consistency within and across regions
  • Measure and report on a regular cadence the efficiency and effectiveness of Bluepeak’s current processes and Personnel
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with a variety of leaders within Bluepeak’s organization
  • Identifies process and policy opportunities in support of daily operations
  • Creates proposals with cost benefit and risk analysis of process or policy changes
  • Once approved, implements the change management project plan and measures the resulting outcome for analysis
  • Anticipates risks to business operations, communicates these risks to leadership and provides action steps to mitigate them before they are issues
  • Must effectively integrate the ideals of providing outstanding customer service into every aspect of the Field Operations
  • Fosters company culture and provides input and feedback on the status of our culture and ways to further promote it internally and externally
  • Responsible for measuring and constructively communicating the Field Operations team’s performance in accordance with all company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for effective communication of Field Operations activity and results to various levels of the organization

What You Will Need:
  • Must have demonstrated success in cross-functional responsibilities
  • Upon job offer, must be able to complete a background check and a drug test prior to employment
  • Must have demonstrated success in documenting and measuring Processes and Procedures
  • Must have Knowledge of Field Service, Outside Plant and Construction current industry processes and norms
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills are required
  • Must be able to effectively communicate concrete and abstract ideas to all levels of internal and external customers
  • Self-motivated, self-sufficient and self-driven; must possess a high degree of integrity and accountability
  • Must possess sound decision-making skills
  • College degree in Operations Management, Business Management or telecommunications preferred; five to seven (7-10) years of experience in telecommunications with an emphasis in successful operations management roles
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, and proven ability to manage a large number of multiple priorities and projects
