Position: Director of Operations (Electronics)
Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: Up to $120K per year (based on experience) + benefits!
Our client, a small technology company in Downtown Montreal, is looking for an experienced Director of Operations (Electronics)!
Do you have experience in telecommunications, electronics, or manufacturing? Are you familiar with ISO 17025? If so, then this is the job for you!
Your Responsibilities
- Efficiently plan and manage the assembly and test activities
- Hire and train new technicians
- Create and implement new automated tests and calibration flows
- Participate in inventory management
- Handle quality control and reporting…and much more!
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (asset)
- At least 5+ years of experience managing telecommunications (or similar)
- Bilingualism (English/French)
- Ability to manage a team
- Experience with ERP systems and creating assembly and test lines
- Ability to multi-task
