Who We Are

CS Agency is a comprehensive sales and marketing distribution company specializing in wireless services with a focus on the low-income demographic. We partner with telecom service providers by recruiting Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) to distribute wireless handsets, tablets and service plans to underprivileged individuals who qualify for the federal lifeline and/or Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). What will you do?

This role will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) to market lifeline and ACP services. In addition, this position will be accountable for sales forecasting, sales compensation oversight, ISO and agent onboarding and support, inventory ordering/management, and sales reporting.

Who are we looking for?

We are searching for a candidate who is a quick study regarding learning new external database systems and processes and can improve efficiency and productivity via sales reporting. The ideal candidate will be energic, customer centric with an interest in tremendous sales growth, collaborating with our sales team, ISOs, and field agents.

Required Qualifications

  • MS Excel skills with strong knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Detail oriented and work under absolute deadlines
  • Demonstrate strong general business and organizational skills
  • Possess deep sales and negotiation expertise
  • Communicate with all levels of internal and external personnel, both verbally and written
  • Develop/maintain good working relationships and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Capable of working with minimum instruction and supervision
  • 3+ years’ sales experience, preferably in the lifeline/ACP space

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience in telecom sales, specializing in lifeline/ACP
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and sales forecasting/modeling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Based on Experience Salary + Commission: $100,000 – $200,000

Location: Dallas, TX / Remote

Experience:

  • Telecommunication: 3 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
