EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

As a Lottery Sales Supervisor, you will apply your knowledge and experience to execute a sales plan. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Sales Reps who provide product guidance and support to existing retailers while actively working with them to increase their sales. You will also use your supervisory recruitment experience to motivate Sales Reps to recruit new retailers, educate them on the benefits of joining our retailer network, and provide strategies that will help them succeed.Interested in learning more? Additional details regarding this position can be found in the position description.Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. 40 hour work week.Work hours are 10:30 am to 9:00 pm, Wednesday – Saturday, with 30-minute lunch.Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time on an adhoc basis. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Erie.Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six years of progressively responsible experience in sales or marketing; or Two years of experience as a District Lottery Representative; or Any equivalent experience and training.Necessary Special Requirement: Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator license.Additional Requirement: You must be able to perform essential job functions.Preferred Qualifications (not required): Availability to work the required schedule of Wednesday through Saturday, 10:30 am – 9:00 pm (40 hours/week).Willingness to drive in all types of weather conditions.Experience with consumer packaged goods sales.Experience reading and interpreting sales data.Experience in supervising sales.Ability to navigate a PC and iPad proficiently.How to Apply: Resumes, cover letters, and similar documents will not be reviewed, and the information contained therein will not be considered for the purposes of determining your eligibility for the position.
