Job Summary:

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for Electronic Data Interchange mapping and testing tasks, including establishing contact with customers, gathering requirements, constructing Electronic Data Interchange maps, executing a test plan, implementation, and warranty.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assists Electronic Data Interchange admins in any functions where necessary.
  • Conducts Electronic Data Interchange mapping enhancements and changes.
  • Assists in verifying and establishing communication connections.
  • Tests transaction compliance between Electronic Data Interchange and customers.
  • Contributes to documentation of Electronic Data Interchange analyst training manuals.
  • Mentors junior Electronic Data Interchange analysts.
  • Assists other Electronic Data Interchange team members in more complex problems.
  • Work closely with the business to enhance automation and improve user experience by refining translated data.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or suitable combination of education, experience and training; plus 3 years of experience in Electronic Data Interchange.

Preferred Qualification:

Experience in Transportation/Logistics

Experience in Sterling B2B Integrator

Familiarity with XML, JSON, Java and SQL

Experience managing projects and communicating timelines
