The Opportunity
Our IOT & Engineering Team specializes in delivering the most complex projects which require cross-functional technical skillsets in challenging and dynamic project environments. CP’s area of focus is Product Engineering, Plant Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Operations Management, Industry 4.0, Industrial Internet of Things and Consumer Internet of Things. The team has presence across industries, with extensive traction in Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Telecom Energy and Utilities, Retail, Automotive and Consumer Goods. Clients count on our Manufacturing and IOT expertise to help them architect the bridge between the physical world of sensors, machines, industrial processes, places, people and the digital world of software, IoT platforms and data. Our Team is young, dynamic and intercultural. A mix of young graduates, experienced and senior professionals. We capitalize TEAMWORK, act like ONE and support each other.
For our Automotive customers (OEM and Tier1) in Europe, we require qualified Automotive engineers to be a part of the engineering teams.
Participate in projects that require Embedded systems knowledge and expertise
- Act as a one point of contact for all customer meetings and technical presentations
- Participate and Lead RFQ responses as and when required
- Drive delivery by scoping, structuring, and leading engineering engagements
- Support in the hiring process of Automotive consultants in Germany and nearshore countries
- Own Technical solutions and delivery for Automotive engineering projects in Europe
- Handle risks and issues related to the Account, including delivery oversight
- Work in a matrix organization, responsible for all technical management of projects that are underway
- Experience in demand fulfillment, collaborating with HR/Ops, Offshore Teams

Must-haves
Required & nice-to-have skills
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related Engineering field
- 4+ years of embedded software development experience in C/C++, and/or other high-level programming languages
- Must have excellent C/C++ programming skills
- Experience with compilers (TASKING, HighTec), Emulators and Debuggers
- Familiarity with rapid prototyping and experience in board bring-up
- Knowledge working with continuous integration systems and script automation, ALM tools or similar, CAN/CAN-FD, LIN, SPI, Ethernet communications protocols
- Experience with Integrating Bootloaders, Embedded OS, OSEK, RTOS and BSP development
- Experience with automated build and test automation systems
- Ability to interface with Algorithm developers, vehicle integration and validation engineering organizations
- Good communication skills and the ability to interface with application software developers, vehicle integration and validation engineering organizations
- Team player, self-motivated and drive for results
- Ability to interface with Tier I and Tier II automotive suppliers and partners
- Fluent in English and German
Nice-to-have / Your Chance To Grow
- Good knowledge of AUTOSAR concepts, architecture and specifications
- Hands-on experience with classic Autosar configuration (OS / COM / MEM / DIAG / CRYPTO)
- Experience in configuration / integration of AUTOSAR BSW stack (basic software), generating AUTOSAR RTE (Run-time environment) and integrating with the Application Layer
- Experience with SysML model development tools (Such as PREEvision)
- Experience with Autosar tools (Vector DaVinci, Elektrobit Tresos, ETAS ISOLAR, AUTOSAR BUILDER)
- Experience with compilers (TASKING, HighTec), Emulators and Debuggers
- Experience with Vector development, testing and calibration tools (CANoe/CANalyzer/CANape)
