Energy Products Manager (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

Are you experienced in managing the commercial and technical development and implementation of energy efficiency and on-site generation products and services? Do you have strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills? Then become part of our team as Energy Products Manager (m/f/d). In your role, you will drive Vantage Towers? net zero targets though the development and implementation of energy products for our customers across all our markets.

Your Challenges

• You lead the commercial and technical development of energy products including power and cooling improvements, low carbon on-site generation and supervise their delivery and smooth rollout across local TowerCos.
• You optimize the implementation costs and develop processes for managing energy efficiency solutions that form part of the energy products through digital platforms.
• You coordinate the methodology and implement the evaluation of energy savings for the energy products.
• You define technical solutions and business cases for innovative new energy solutions.
• You develop and share best practice insights with the local VT subsidiaries for the wider adoption of energy products.
• You proactively drive the global exchange between the local VT subsidiaries in terms of energy management.

Your Qualification

• A successfully completed university degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
• At least 5 years of professional experience, of which at least 3 years in energy management in the energy services, telecommunications, property management or infrastructure sector.
• Extensive experience in managing the development and implementation of energy efficiency and on-site generation products and services
• Customer facing and negotiation experience
• Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)

You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
