SGS Towers
SGS Towers is a rapidly growing engineering firm that has claimed a foothold as an industry leader in telecommunications. We are seeking a positive, organized and detail oriented individual to fill a full-time project coordination position within our telecom engineering department. The ideal candidate will have some experience or knowledge in either the structural/civil engineering field or telecommunications field along with top-notch organizational skills, and prior experience with client communication.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Be the intermediary between the company’s engineering department and it’s clients and customers as needed relating to information regarding incoming and outgoing projects.
- Maintain a base project framework and ensure all services adhere to company specific framework. For example, quote specific engineering services, effectively organizing all necessary documentation, schedule and relay deadlines of projects, update the engineering team and clients on status, communicate with the engineering department and client, submit final project results to client and continue client relationship.
- Work closely with the Director of Engineering Operations to be proactive on successfully hitting project deadlines, address project issues that arise and coordinate any unforeseen project factors.
- Provide administrative support as needed and requested by the Director of Engineering.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient with computer software programs including Microsoft and GSuite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to professionally follow up, internally and externally, with project status and schedules.
- Strong organizational skills; simultaneously ensuring on time completion and submission of projects, quoting incoming projects, communicating status updates and maintaining good client relationships.
- Strong scheduling and project coordinating skills; ability to prioritize projects based on deadlines and communicate any timeline changes to the engineering team and clients.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Technical or administrative degree is preferred
- Basic knowledge of either telecommunication towers or structural engineering strongly recommended.
- Experience in working with customers or clients is preferred.
- Previous project coordination or management experience required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
