Logix Fiber Network owns, operates and maintains an extensive fiber infrastructure in the largest metro areas in Texas, as well as long haul routes to the southern US border. We are a Tier 1 facilities based provider of high bandwidth capacity and connectivity solutions to over 100+ data centers in Texas, as well as 25,000 On Net and Near Net commercial buildings. We sell high bandwidth solutions to large businesses, which includes Ethernet transport, Internet, UCaaS and Cloud Connectivity.

The Enterprise Account Manager is a key Sales position and, for the right person, can make big contributions to the company’s topline revenue. The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for developing key relationships and selling the LOGIX portfolio of products to large, Fortune 500 enterprises in the top Texas markets. The role will sell connectivity and data center services to large companies across industry verticals within defined markets. Additionally, this role identifies new opportunities through prospecting of both existing and new accounts and develops long-term relationships that drive sustainable revenue growth.

Overview
The Enterprise Account Manager is the catalyst behind LOGIX’ success as an organization. As a seasoned and experienced, consultative sales professional, the Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for growing revenue performance with our largest and most complex Enterprise prospects and customers.
The Enterprise Account Manager develops credibility with prospects by determining their requirements through a deep understanding of their business drivers, objectives and challenges, and to propose solutions to those requirements comprised of LOGIX’s comprehensive portfolio of information and communications technology solutions.
Developing strategies and tactics to drive sales revenue, increase customer sales, and improve customer satisfaction is the mandate of the Enterprise Account Manager.
Role
Your role as Enterprise Account Manager includes:
- Drive new sales and revenue with identified enterprise prospects
- Grow the size of customer base of large companies
- Optimize current revenue of any existing customers through new product sales, and strategic technology migration
- Deliver incremental growth of customers in single or multiple vertical industries
- Assist as needed in the pre- and post-sales support actions throughout the sales cycle to provide business solutions and expand the revenue base

- Partners with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective service
- Self-starter and sets and achieves stretch goals
Core Responsibilities
- Foster extensive relationships with new customers within assigned module including C-Level executives, decision makers, influencers and key users
- Retain current customer base and expand revenue through cross/up-sell opportunities
- Develop new revenue opportunities by prospecting potential customers
- Develop and implement comprehensive plans targeting new enterprise prospects and working with cross-functional partners across LOGIX to deliver results
- Partner collaboratively with paired Sales Engineer to ensure outstanding customer service and responsiveness
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on strategic initiatives in the position to instinctively know how to provide relevant insights
- Connect customer’s business objectives with LOGIX solutions and effectively understand and respond to customer objections
- Partner with pre-sales engagement members to align goals and ensure ongoing refinement
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the telecom industry, communication products, and solutions sought by enterprise level companies
- Displays ability to create new demand by proactively bringing new points of view to target accounts
- Can identify and articulate prospect value proposition and links solutions to the prospect strategy
- Consistently demonstrate the ability to convert qualified leads into sales opportunities
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to gain and maintain credibility with C-Level executives
- Sales cycle management experience, including CRM proficiency
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 10+ years of business-to-business experience managing and selling to complex, large-sized companies with a proven, documented track record of success in:
- Complex and Consultative Sales Environment
- Selling individual products and integrated complex communication solutions throughout an organization
