Job Detail
Key responsibilities:
- Prospecting: identifying and engaging prospective enterprise customers.
- Selling: Arelion services such as Ethernet, DIA, MPLS, DDoS, Cloud Connect, DWDM, IP Transit to enterprise customers in the assigned territory.
- Energetically build and strategically manage a solid pipeline to consistently grow revenue.
- Execute a sales strategy that consistently meets or exceeds revenue objectives.
- Diligently use Arelion CRM (Salesforce) to manage the pipeline, forecast lead times and revenue and to engage support functions such Sales Engineering, Service Delivery, Legal etc.
- Actively drive the customer journey – from solution definition to quoting, from contract negotiations to life- cycle management.
- Maintain deep knowledge of industry and customers to identify and meet their needs.
- Create strong relationships based on trust, integrity and customer satisfaction to effectively drive sales and repeat business

- Organised and committed to accurate data management, contract management and account administration helping to ensure satisfied and delighted customers.
- Comfortable working across different cultures, and geographies.
- Thorough knowledge of the enterprise customer base in the assigned geography.
- Availability to travel to meet customers, attend industry events etc..
- Ambition and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Skills and abilities:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 5 years business experience selling Data and Enterprise Solutions.
- Experience of the Enterprise telecoms industry.
- Salesforce or similar CRM.
- University degree.
- Experience of working in a multicultural environment
