MindGlobal is a software and services business specializing in Wireless Telecom Expense Management and is seeking a proven sales professional to help the company expand in the enterprise market. They maintain long term relationships with industry leading clients including Tesla, Humana, Coca Cola, Brookdale, BMW and other leading enterprise firms. The Business Development role is pivotal in the organization, with the primary focus of winning new logo customers and developing creative and new approaches to help grow the business and achieve desired targets.

The ideal candidate:

Understands consultative selling and is an experienced, self-motivated, high energy, results-driven sales professional Must have a proven track record as a “hunter” with a natural instinct to be bold and competitive

Is smart, confident, technically strong and industry savvy Must have experience and a successful track record selling into prospect accounts in the range of $250 – $3M range

Can effectively manage time and prioritize multiple responsibilities Responsibilities: Can create new business development plans and effectively mine territory to develop a new customer base

Meet and manage sales targets Conduct professional presentations that articulate product and technology features and service offerings

Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and executives to ensure the solutions can be delivered with budget and margin expectations Challenge objections to get customer to buy

Provide feedback to executive management and marketing team where new products and solutions would be applicable. Will effectively collaborate with the internal team as part of prospecting engagements

Maintain and submit regular and accurate sale pipeline data Close sales and meet sales quotas

Occasional travel as needed Requirements: – Extensive experience in consulting sales. Experience with selling Professional Services

Candidates should be prepared to provide work history, including quota requirements and salary (starting and final) for each employer. BA/BS degree preferred.

A minimum of 4 years direct selling experience in software/consulting services sales (ERP products and IT outsourcing services experience preferred). Emphasis on TEM, or Telecommunication/Communication Services. Ability to effectively collaborate and work with internal RFP response team members.

Ability to manage entire sales process from prospecting through close. Ability to close business in a high activity environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
