We are looking for an entry level Project Coordinator who would act as a liaison between our clients and design teams in the booming telecommunications industry. Duties include tracking project milestones while supporting a team of OSP Design Engineers using GIS mapping data. Seeking candidates wanting to start a career in project management working with customer relationship management (CRM) software, data analytics, and administrative / clerical tasks.

Rainbow Design Services is a leading provider of network engineering, field services, and GIS mapping services in the telecommunications industry. Due to an increase in workload, Rainbow Design Services is seeking full-time Project Coordinators for entry level, 1st shift positions.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Field Services Project Coordinator is a data entry specialist who manages the workflow of Designers and tracks project milestones using CRM software. The Project Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the progression of projects, assigning projects to Designers, logging completed project totals, and communicating with the customer. The Project Coordinator is also responsible for supporting the Construction Coordinators. Successful applicants will be exceptionally detail-oriented, able to handle a high volume workload, and able to work independently.
JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator
LOCATION: Louisville, KY
SALARY: $18/hour + benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Retrieve submitted requests for permitting projects
· Enter permit request data into various project tracking interfaces (PRISM and other CRM software) according to project type and area
· Review client requests to determine if all necessary documentation has been provided
· Request any missing documentation from the client
· Assign projects to Designers with respect to correct market areas and individual skill levels
· Respond to questions regarding PRISM and Ximer.
· Monitor projects through each stage of the permitting process and alert appropriate parties if issues arise
· Attend weekly departmental team meetings
· Maintain open line of communications with customers via email, phone calls, and webinars
· Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma or GED equivalent
· 60+ WPM typing speed
· Demonstrate excellence in both written and oral communication
· Strong Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite skills
· Excellent attention to detail and proofreading ability
· Effective record keeping and document management skills
· Ability to interpret schematics, source prints, and other field work
· Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with aggressive deadlines
· Ability to quickly learn new tasks and processes
· Ability to handle a heavy workload
