Entry Level Sales Agent

ECI Group is a growing and expanding firm outside the Washington DC area. We have worked hard to become successful and form lasting partnerships with companies in the Telecommunications industry. Our goal for our clients is simple: develop new business and help their business expand into new markets. Our Sales team is an integral part of our ability to foster relationships with our clients’ consumers, which is how we generate new business, drive sales, and create a functioning referral pipeline. We are seeking a forward-thinking, people-oriented individual to join our team as the Entry Level Sales Agent.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Agent Include:

• Maintain a student mentality while training alongside seasoned Entry Level Sales Agents in order to grasp the basics of the role

• Master all client product knowledge in order to be able to answer any consumer inquiries and recommend any products and or services that may fit their needs

• Work directly in person with client consumers and handle each interaction with the utmost professionalism while also following compliance and CDC guidelines

• Close sales with select consumers and ensure that they are fully educated on all product and service benefits

• Maintain open lines of communication with leadership and management as well as other Entry Level Sales Agents

• Participate in leadership development and assist in training new Entry Level Sales Agents

• Contribute any thoughts and ideas during daily team meetings on how to improve processes and interactions with client consumers

Requirements of the Entry Level Sales Agent:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or other business-related fields of study

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in customer service or other consumer-facing fields

• Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively across all levels

• Must have a student mentality in order to receive continued training and development

• Must be a self-starter and be driven to succeed beyond the entry-level role of the Customer Service Agent

• Must be people-oriented and have a genuinely positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 – $1,200.00 per week
