As the most reliable provider in the telecommunications industry, Verizon is always looking to expand on its services. In doing so, they have tasked our team to launch a field marketing and sales campaign to drive awareness and acquisition for their newest release of products and services. We need a Sales Representative to join our Team and act as one of the primary front-facing leads. The essential function of the Entry Level Sales Representative is to meet with prospective customers, educate them on Verizon’s new technology and services, assist in account sign-up, and manage the new and existing accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Not only will our Sales Representative learn from those who have had success throughout the industry before, but they will learn what the future looks like as well. Verizon has always been looked at for its innovative, forward-thinking technological advances. Ushering in the newest technology shows that Verizon is moving on an upward trajectory again, so being at the forefront of its exponential growth is a main priority for our company and team.

Duties of the Entry Level Sales Representative:

Extensive product knowledge of our new high-speed plans and subscriptions will be essential to the position. The Sale Representative will help finalize sales and manage the account throughout the process. A representative with an attitude that matches the efficiency of our partnership is also essential to the business, so excellent people, active listening, and relationship-building skills will also be required. Focusing on promoting the brand during current times and looking to grow with it going forward helps us maintain consistency over time. Territory management is an essential component when promoting a new and more modern campaign, so naturally, the Sales Representative would lead territories and execute field marketing and sales strategies accordingly. A diverse skill set from our Sales Representative will ensure that no matter the obstacle, they will contribute to the progress of the campaign.

Entry Level Sale Representative Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a Sales, Marketing, Business or Finance related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in client facing roles
  • A student mentality and the willingness to learn leadership skills
  • Public speaking skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortability in a fast paced, performance-based position
  • An up-beat, enthusiastic attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
