This individual will install and test various telecommunications and internet equipment. Technicians install and test copper, ethernet cables, and fiber optic cables for a variety of Installation projects and properties. They undertake cabling tasks such as testing, splicing, certifying, laying, pulling, identifying faults, and maintenance.
Desired Traits:
- Field/Cable/Installation Technician work
- Experience installing, testing, maintaining, and/or troubleshooting various telecommunications equipment related to Internet, Satellite, Voice, Data, Network, Carrier POPs, or company facilities
- Experience Troubleshooting or Installing a variety of the following: Fiber Optics, Cat 5, Cat 6, VOIP, Security Cameras, Television, Ethernet cables, Coaxial, or Copper
- Demonstrated ability to follow project details
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 – $24.00 per hour
