Trileaf serves the wireless communications, commercial real estate, financial, and petroleum industries from its headquarters in St. Louis, MO and multiple branch offices throughout the U.S.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Assistant Project Manager will participate in training/oversight of the staff and act as a backup point of contact for clients. This full-time role is based out of our Austin, TX office. The associated tasks are summarized below:
  • Help supervise between 3 – 6 environmental scientists that report to the office
  • Accept and delegate environmental projects from a subset of Trileaf’s clientele
  • Perform QA/QC on projects prior to submission
  • Assist in preparation of environmental due diligence reports
The position will report to one of Trileaf’s Project Managers in the Environmental Telecom division
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will be prepared to show knowledge and experience in the following:
  • Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessment experience is required
  • 3+ years of experience required
  • Status as an Environmental Professional (EP) is highly preferred
  • Experience managing employees is preferred
  • Other Professional Licensure (PE/PG/CHMM/PMP/LEP) is desirable
  • 4-year college degree in environmental sciences, engineering, or related field required
  • Valid Driver’s license required
  • Experience with administrative functions such as accounting is helpful, but not necessary.
