Rivada Space Networks GmbH is a newly founded company with big visions. We aim to set up and operate the first global end-to-end network that combines satellite and terrestrial capabilities for ultra-low latency, high speeds, unparalleled security, and true global coverage. The launch of 600 networked low-earth orbit satellites is planned between 2024 and 2028. The goal is to offer access to secure satellite networks with pole-to-pole reach and high-speed services to telecom, maritime, energy, government services and other markets.

Executive Assistant to CEO (all genders)
Your mission
As Executive Assistant to CEO (all genders) you hold a central position at Rivada Space Networks. With your talent for organization, your eye for details and your excellent ability to set priorities, you are responsible for all administrational duties for our Management.
This includes:
- Maintaining calendars
- Managing travel arrangements
- Preparing documents and presentations
- Acting as interface to other teams and as first point of contact for service providers
- Organizing, pre- and postprocessing meetings
- Creating travel expense reports and checking credit card statements
- Manage document configuration and filing
- Setting up and maintaining a contact data base
- Planning or / and supporting internal and external events
- Support internal processes
- Leading or / and supporting special projects
What you bring on the table?
- University or training degree with a commercial background
- Several years of experience as Assistant
- exceptionally good knowledge of MS-Office
- service provider mentality
- interest in automating processes and digitalization
- discreet and empathetic personality
- Independent and proactive can-do attitude with a high degree of self-organization
- German and English business fluent
