Job Description:

Agents will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers looking to set up their internet, TV, Gas, and Energy service. This position is fully remote and requires a strong reliable internet connection a working reliable computer and a strong sales background in these specific products . This is a fully remote position

We need experienced agents to take calls from interested customers selling TV, Phone, Internet, Gas, Energy and various other relevant products. The specific products offered are high-speed broadband internet and bundled TV service from various providers like AT&T, Spectrum, Centurylink, Viasat, Hughesnet and numerous others. We also offer Gas and Energy services. So in essence the job is take calls and make sales.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls for customers seeking to set up their services.

Up-sell customers additional products and services as required by their specific campaign.

Provide exceptional experience on a daily basis. Basically treat people nice.

Assist in maintaining long-term customer relationships. We are growing like crazy and need our agents to be able to test new campaigns, provide feedback and help us conquer new business ( which equals more $$$)

Be engaged in ongoing training and coaching.

Hours of Operation: Days, Nights, Weekends- Flexible Schedules Available

Our most successful Team Members possess one or more of the following:

Two years or more of home internet, cable or satellite sales, telecom or technology experience.

Call center experience – inbound/outbound calling ( 2 years)

Problem-solving customer service experience

A “hunter” mentality to qualify and aggressively close accounts.
