Fiber Optic Cable Placement Technicians Arial and Underground– BC LML

KP Technologies LTD. is looking for a team to do fibre placing in various locations around Nanaimo area

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ability to read and interpret maps, drawings, and blueprints.

• Pull/Prepare/place underground/Arial cables in existing conduit systems.

• Maintain company equipment, keep track of maintenance schedules.

• Maintain records and support documentation on all work orders.
• Follow HSE procedures as well as fill out daily FLHA/manhole entry checklist.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Must have a valid Driver’s license – with clean abstract

• Previous experience in cable placing.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Physically able to perform job aspects in all weather conditions. (climb ladders if needed, medium to heavy lifting).

Salary: $5,000.00-$7,500.00 per month
