Requirements: Fiber splicing experience and understanding of fiber optic theory. This position requires splcing loose tube and ribbon fiber, building new fiber enclosures, and ring cut techniques. Work is performed in various locations and in harsh conditions. Working knowledge of testing requirements, as well as experience using Power Meters and troubleshooting fiber and splice imperfections.
Brief Description/Responsibilities: Fiber splicing tech who will be fulfilling work requests for our customers in New England.
