Fiber Optics – Inside Sales
An ADP Client is currently seeking an experienced Inside Salesperson to join our team in our Roswell, Georgia 30076 location.

We are manufacturer/distributor of fiber optic cable assemblies, panels, and fiber products. We are a family owned and operated business and take pride in our staff and their success. We are looking for an initiative-taking individual to join our family.
About the Role:
The Inside Salesperson is an energetic, amicable, and highly organized individual who provides key support to the Inside Sales Group. The Inside Salesperson will be responsible for creating and managing a book of Business Accounts with the emphasis on identifying and bringing on board new revenue from new customers and growing revenue from existing accounts assigned to you by management.
What you will do:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Fertilizing and building relationships with new customers thru cold calling
- Growing business with established customers
- Communicate with vendors to support customer requests
- Maintain a customer/prospect database
Our Perfect Candidate
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fiber optic/telecom or similar industry is required
- Individuals with experience in telecommunications, fiber optic cable and equipment/sales, electronic equipment/manufacturing/installation, and sales is required
- Outgoing individual with cold calling experience
- Positive, assertive person comfortable with phone sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized, initiative-taking professional
- Eager to learn new products, and market the company/product to potential customers
- Wants to continue to grow with nothing but the highest expectations of oneself
Required Abilities and Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Should be available by email or phone (on cell) for any after hour contact from direct customers
- Should have solid communication, sales, and presentation skills – both face-to-face and/or via phone/video
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to thrive and work in a challenging environment
Company Offers:
- Base salary range between $40k to $45k will be commensurate with product knowledge and experience
- Quarterly bonus, and generous monthly commission (NO CAP)
