Tasks Include:

• Driving a company truck
• Splicing fiber
• Preparing fibers for splicing
• Installing closures prior to splicing
• Organizing splice trays

• Installing ONT equipment
• Test and troubleshoot fiber using an OTDR
• Repairing fiber
• Reading and following fiber layouts
• Maintaining records of work

Requirements:

• 2+ years fiber splicing experience, required
• 1+ years telecommunications experience, preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• Valid driver license, required
• Good driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
