Link Wireless is hiring an energetic and dynamic Field Construction Manager!

Responsibilities:

• Visit, oversee and manage the construction and equipment installation of the entire DC, VA, MD, Southern PA Market/Region.
• Tower Climber Experience Required
• Awareness and on-site supervision during construction

• Communicate and manage construction crews directly SPANISH SPEAKER REQUIRED
• Plan, direct, coordinate, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems
• Manage multiple construction crews in multiple accounts.
• Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project working with internal as well as subcontractor teams in the field on correct scheduling, and implementation.
• Site verification.
• Visual inspection of quality on site.
• Manage the design, planning, development, and implementation of multiple strategic wireless projects, including project scheduling, status reviews, executive communication and approval, requirements gathering, documentation, and eventual deployment and implementation of the project.
• Ensure timely construction material/equipment site call-out and delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Tower Experience Required
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) Required

• 5+ years of Construction/RF Project management experience working for or supporting Wireless/Cellular Carriers
• Must have experience with tower cell site installations.
• Technical understanding of installations and integrations SOW.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively to internal management or external partners
• Excellent communication skills with internal crews as well as subcontractors
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
• Excellent knowledge and proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel
• Strong working knowledge of all aspects of the wireless tower industry, including citing and construction, engineering, zoning, tenant and ground leases, utility easements, and regulatory compliance preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge in managing wireless site construction through prior experience with either network deployment projects or construction management responsibilities.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects in various stages and intervene as required.
• Ability to manage multiple project types simultaneously.
• References must be provided.
• Candidates must be located in DC, MD, VA, Southern PA area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
