Field Operations Business Analyst

GoNetspeed is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our growing team. Responsibilities include data analytics, forecasting, reporting, research, and other initiatives to improve field operations. This position will report directly to the Director of Field Operations, assisting the field operations team with high-level projects and priorities for all lines of business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience as a business analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases.

Essential Job Functions:

• In depth understanding of company data sources
• Ability to analyze complex data and summarize for business needs
• Manage data sets, including creation, updates, and deletion.
• Provide quality assurance of imported data
• Helping develop reports and analysis.
• Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
• Provide routine reporting updates needed to manage day-to-day business
• Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
• Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
• Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.*

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Preferred work experience as a field operations business analyst in the telecommunications industry or related field
• Advanced knowledge of popular data analysis tools and databases.
• Ability to analyze complex data and summarize for business needs
• Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
• Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
• Ability to set and meet deadlines
• Reporting and data visualization skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication, which involves clearly conveying, delivering, and receiving direction
• Ability to communicate with customers, employees, and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Ability to make sound decisions using information at hand
• Must perform work with minimal supervision

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, computer science, or quantitative field is preferred and/or equivalent work experience is desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

• Oneonta, AL 35121: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
