Field Operations Manager (overnight shift)

The purpose of this role is to be the deliberate point of contact between field operations impacting existing clients, new cliental, field technicians and company leadership. This role is pivotal in the minimization of the risks/hazards of our clients, optimization of equipment performance, and the reduction of energy costs for our customers. Creating a culture of safety and growth is a priority of this position for all field technicians. You will oversee employees in the field, ensuring top performance, safety and quality standards in all work being done. You must lead by example, by implementing and following all Pronto MS standard operating procedures Ensure customer satisfaction, communication and understanding of processes, equipment and all services Pronto MS provides.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in the HVAC-R field
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent HVAC experience
• Clean driving record
