Field Sales Trainer

Maxsip Telecom is a company that provides free high speed internet devices through the Federal Affordable Connectivity Program to eligible people. A person qualifies for this program if they receive federal assistance of some kind. Almost 90 million Americans received Medicaid in 2022! Without even looking at the other types of federal aid that also qualify, it should be clear how many people are eligible. This means a huge pool of potential clients are everywhere.

We are looking to hire and train a field sales trainer to coach a select group of motivated sales representatives. As a trainer, you will be working with sales agents to activate tablets for those who are eligible as well as assisting with in-person events.

Job Responsibilities:

As a crew trainer you will travel within the sales territory to meet prospects and train agents.

You will be coaching the sales agent team. Coaching duties include training and motivating staff to perform effectively.

Trainers must also create an environment where employees feel valuable to the organization.

You should feel comfortable interacting with people.

Job Requirements:

This job includes moving around your city and surrounding areas.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Must be 18+.

You should be energetic, sociable, easy to talk to, and a quick learner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
